MEET THE TEAM

HONORABLE CARE

Zoe Rafferty

Registered Manager

I am passionate about Social Care and providing high quality domiciliary care to people who live in our communities, who wish to remain living independently in their own home where they feel safe and secure in their own familiar surroundings.

I have worked in Social Care for the past eleven years, I started my career as a community care worker, and I progressed to Senior Care Worker. The role of Senior Care Worker was some of the best years of my life, being out in the community making sure that our service users were safe and well and that our care workers were providing the person-centred high quality of care that they deserved and with dignity and respect. This role really made me passionate and driven to provide high quality Social Care. I progressed quickly to a care coordinator, deputy manager and now a Registered Manager. We value equality and treat all our service users with compassion, and we are committed to delivering consistent quality care.

Sue Spender | Care Coordinator

Good care is my passion. I am very hard working and I thrive to deliver good quality care to everyone, so they can be as independent as safely possible, and remain in there own home.

With over 25 plus years experience in care, every day is different, as is every person you meet. I enjoy listening to everyone stories and looking at photographs from years ago.

I have experience in elderly, learning disability and complex care. These role I have found thoroughly enjoyable. Firstly starting in care by doing shopping and cleaning calls. Then began to do personal care calls.

Through the years of care I have had the opportunity to do various roles including Care Co Ordinator. Where I am a firm believer in continuity of care and person centered care.

I am looking forward to being part of Honorable Cares journey.

Rebecca Hughes | Field Care Supervisor

I have always had a very strong passion and dedication to providing care.

I have worked in health and social care for the past ten years. I started my career working in a residential home, where I specialised in dementia care. I went onto working with young adults with learning disabilities. I quickly progressed onto senior care assistant working within the community, providing care to people to ensure that they could stay in there own home and environment where they felt safe. I also helped with co-ordinating. I spent three years as a senior care assistant in a residential setting, working closely with the care home manager, and being involved with CQC inspections.

During the height of COVID, I went to support at the hospital where I worked in the accident and emergency department, where I was given the opportunity to expand and gain more knowledge within the health and social sector.

I look forward to working alongside everyone at Honorable Care, and being part of an fantastic team.

  • by Tracey | Staff

I have worked for a couple of company’s and I find honourable care by far the best. I had a problem with my rota and management sorted it out within an hour. iI feel the management are very approachable and I’m not scared to phone if I have any issues. My wages have always been correct and on time, the runs are very manageable, and we are given really good breaks so we can have time to eat and drink which makes us better carers and the clients get the outstanding care they deserve. Overall I would give this company 10/10.
