As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting a team of Care Workers
  
• Conducting regular reviews, assessments, and audits of the care provided
  
• Ensuring compliance with the CQC standards and regulations
  
• Liaising with clients, families, and other professionals
  
• Handling complaints and resolving issues
  
• Providing feedback and reports to the Registered Manager

To be a successful Care Supervisor, you will need:

• A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for clients
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
  
• A valid DBS check (or willing to apply for one)
