I have worked in Social Care for the past eleven years. I started my career as a community care worker, and I progressed to Senior Care Worker. The role of Senior Care Worker was some of the best years of my life — being out in the community making sure that our service users were safe and well and that our care workers were providing the person-centred high quality of care that they deserved and with dignity and respect. This role really made me passionate and driven to provide high quality Social Care.
I progressed quickly to a care coordinator, deputy manager and now a Registered Manager. We value equality and treat all our service users with compassion, and we are committed to delivering consistent quality care.

My name is Sharne Talbot, and I am the Field Care Supervisor at Honorable Care. I have worked in the care sector for 18 years and am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with a wide range of needs while building strong relationships with clients, families, and care staff.
