Domiciliary care in your own home

Home Visits

Support that fits around your day, in the place you know best. From a 30-minute morning call to a full day of companionship and care.

What home visits include

Everything your loved one needs, done with care.

Our home visits cover the practical and the personal. The aim is always to help the person we support to live well in their own home, on their own terms, for as long as possible.

  • Personal care

Washing, dressing, grooming and continence care, carried out with privacy and dignity.

  • Medication

Prompting, assistance with administration or supervision, as agreed in the care plan.

  • Meal preparation

Preparing hot meals, snacks and drinks to taste and nutritional needs.

  • Household tasks

Light cleaning, laundry, tidying and the practical jobs that keep a home running.

  • Companionship

Conversation, reading, games, accompanying to appointments or simply being present.

  • Getting out and about

Accompanying on walks, shopping trips or social visits — where the person wants to go.

How often and how long?

We do not have a standard package. Every care plan is built around the individual. Visits can be:

  • 30 minutes, once a day
  • 1 hour, morning and evening
  • Morning, afternoon and evening visits
  • Full days or waking nights
  • 7 days a week, including bank holidays

We will agree the right frequency and duration during the free home assessment.

CQC regulated — what that means for you

We are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our Registered Manager, Zoe Rafferty, is named on our CQC registration. This means our service is subject to regular inspections and must meet national standards for safety, effectiveness and care quality.
